That looks incredibly difficult. I mean I can climb up walls and hop fences, but I don't know if I could actually do something like this. o_o
I'll stick to my good ol' fashion pull ups. They are easier and don't require the body of a Spartan from 300 haha
once you get the correct form it's actually satisfyingly easy ^^
I'm proud to say that yes, I can. But I'm not going to lie to you, it took me like, a year and a half to finally be able to do them, most of that time was spent developing my back muscles enough to even do pull ups.
I'm here eating a subway in a car, that gif has me triggered 😫😫 this is why I'll never get abs

10-15 is good!
I'd say keep pushing yourself until you REALLY can't go further. Good form and train hard :)
But then my arms will be super weak and painful after :(
How long does it take to recover from this?
That's the whole point! Your muscles recover a day or two after and next time you'll be bale to push even harder with more reps

I mean yeah as long as you're decently strong ratio to bodyweight, I don't find them too hard and I see people doing them all the time at my gym
looks a little bit tough, but i never tried it before. i think i can do it, and even if i can't i will do it by trying harder
