What is the use of drinking the red wine?

Hi.. yesterday I had seen red wine in market.. it costs around 1000 rupees... I dono wats is the use of drinking it... and tell me the uses and procedure of drinking it.. thank u in advance

Wine has good benefits, it's a bacterial magical drink, it's good for bones, your health and body system defences and brain when it comes to drinking a bit.
If you drink a lot none of that will work for your health but against it.

I drink 2-3 glasses of red wine everyday (red rose). Besides the health benefits (look up the French paradox), it also helps me relax after a stressful day of work. I've also come to enjoy the taste of it.
