What small meals do you eat through out the day?

I try to keep my meals 200-300 calories a day and snacks 100-200.
I have three meals a day and 1 to 2 snacks
Here are some examples of meals I eat regularly
1. hard-boiled egg and two slices bacon
2. grilled chicken breast and 1 cup of steamed broccoli (sometimes I add 1 small sweet potato or regular potato)
3. cup of salad greens + 3 oz diced chicken + diced boiled egg + light dressing
4. cod or tilapia fillet + 3 oz green beans + 1 oz baked sweet potato
Snack examples
1. 2 clementines + 1 cheesestick
2. 1/4 cup trail mix
3. Kind energy bar (the 5 grams of sugar or less one)
4. 1 cup pop corn + 1 cup grapes
5. 1 serving size crackers + laughing cow cheese wedge
I'd like to add that I allow myself to switch up a meal once or twice a week to keep my metabolism guessing. (If that's a thing)
So for example I try to do low carbs as much as I can. But once or twice a week I will eat something I normally wouldn't indulge in. For instance instead of a salad one night I will eat a sandwich, adding about 200 extra calories to my meal. Or for example I had enchiladas the other night which isn't normally on my meal plan. So instead of green beans chicken and sweet potato for dinner, I replaced the carb for a small enchilada and still ate green beans and a small piece of chicken. That way I don't feel so restricted, I get to indulge in some extra things every once in a while.
I don't know, a month or two ago it was toated bread with either banana slices, or a little bit of peanut butter, or those yellow square cheese slice.
And then I remember eating some greek yogurt, small amount honey, banana, grapes, and cinnamon I think.

or guavas

Generally try to eat one meal a day if I can. Usually it's a stirfry dish

I eat fruits 😊 I ate a banana and an apple this afternoon and strawberries for dessert after dinner but I actually wait an hour before eating them
Nuts and raisins, meshed lentils (proteins), fruit shake
meals are for the weak
HA MORTALS
Yogurt with granola!
PB and apples!
A single tortilla/wrap
Wheat thins and cheese!
Protein smoothie!
I eat this almost everyday. :)
