Im trying to lose weight the healthy way this time, I've had an eating disorder for a very long time but it got very bad around Dec of last year which caused me to lose 35 pounds in a month. I was finally happyish with my body and I was put on meds that caused me to get my hunger back. I gained 10lbs and it's really causing me to back slide, I've been going to the gym tryin to lose it the right way but it's not working and I keep having thoughts of not eating again to help me lose the weight. I don't want to go down that path again but I keep getting for and more unhappy. I don't know what to eat or what to do to be healthy
No junk food. No candy, sodas and snacks. Read the food nutritional info before buying it. Anything below 10g of sugar per 100g should be okay, but it depends on the food. Look out for flavored yoghurts and try to not drink fruit juice! And drink plenty of water!

avoid eating oily, fried foods, specially junk food. eat more oatmeal for breakfast, do lots of cardio for at least 1 hour everyday. and also count your macros daily and your calories and eat accordingly to that
