Working out didn't become important to me and a part of my daily routine until I realized that it wasn't just about the way I looked but the way I felt. Eating healthy and working out just makes you feel good. Once you stop caring about the extra stuff, like comparing yourself to others, it just becomes about you and everything you achieve from working out.
If you workout to just lose weight, the motivation will be lost at some point. Either you won't have progress fast enough or once you achieve it, you won't want to do it anymore.
To really stay motivated, is to stay committed, like one of the guys said in his comment.
Commit to it because it's the only body you get, the only life you get. And honestly working out doesn't just change how you look, but how you feel. Your energy, your emotions, your psychological strength.
Running is one of the best influences I've had in my life. I used to never think I could even run a mile, but ehrb you push yourself every day to go one extra minute you see how much you can achieve and realize you are stronger than you thought. Seriously, try making it a competition with your old self, not with anyone else. Thats when it becomes fun. I hope that helped. I kind of went into a weird rant. Message me if you need any help. I've struggled with weight most of my teen years, and now I'm finally in a good place. But still learning (:

They key is getting into a rhythm so that it becomes a normal part of your life. My first piece of advice is to hold back at the start- if you do too much too soon you'll burn out. Second, vary up your workouts. Third, workout first thing in the morning.
My body enjoys it. If I didn't exercise, I would crave doing it. I played sports since like 6 or 7 years old though so I'm used to it. Maybe if you get into good shape, you may get used to your body feeling better, which could create desire.
Also if you do it to try to change your body into a figure that is impossible, that may cause motivation issues. If you exercise for overall health and wellness, you may feel like you're accomplishing your goal. A lot of people think they can mold their body into pretty much what they want with the "right" exercises. That's not true though. You can become leaner and stronger though. You may not get bigger hips or a bigger butt. It depends on your body.
There is a lot of empowering and awaking songs and clips on youtube. There is always some kind of music that works for you to make you do more, Soundtracks to sport movies or music mixed with motivation speaker is my playlist. I do have awaking music like imagine dragons - Radio active (pentatonix)
rob bailey & the hustle standard - Beast (original or remix), Rock - I am rock
then you have some rocky music of course but isn't a must.
Search on youtube for (Mateusz M , Absolute Motivation, Jaret Grossman)
It's for you, find the thing that works for you. and remember ''pain is temporary victory is forever''
Good luck and stay strong

Because motivation isn't something that will always be there.
Motivation is more of a spark. A kick-start.
From there it's commitment. You gotta commit and do it consistently whether you're motivated or not.
Progress will fuel your motivation along the way.Good work out music that will pump you up. Any music that get your body into it or music that quote "go go it's your birthday". That can motivate you to get fit for your birthday.
Take a good music with you. But even better, subsribe to group lessons or find a workout partner. Then you stimulate each other, also during exercices.
i only need motivation to go the gym, once i am there i pick up the weights automatically and i dont stop before my work out is completed.
Eat gummy bears while working out. The sugar adds to your pump.
Don't look at working out as a chore, just listen to music, find a wokout partner, chill N workout.
Always picture myself with the bod I want. It always works 😉
