How do you stay motivated to keep working out?

I was doing great with working out until things got chaotic about a year ago and I fell off the wagon. I've noticed a very negative impact on my mood and that I've lost some condition, so I've started working out again and I've already noticed a big difference in my mood and posture.

I've noticed that while I tend to have no problem staying motivated during the warmer seasons, it's the cooler ones I struggle with the most, as I tend to feel more tired and lack energy during fall and winter. My question is, how do you stay motivated even during times when it's tougher?
