How to see a psychiatrist without giving my name?

Im looking for a job and im afraid psychiatrist in my record wouldn't help much. But lately im so stressed and I know i needhelp is there away to do that?

Only certain types of jobs require complete disclosure of pyschiatric records. My secret clearance as a government cintrator for one. Maybe free group therapy where you don't have to disclose your full name?

Ya that isn't going to affect your ability to get a job. Client confidentiality. I don't think an employer is even able to see that you've been to one.
