Just eat a small healthy protein rich snack and take like a 30 minute nap if you can. A nap will really help. I was the same yesterday. I didn't get enough sleep the night before and I was exhausted. Then I napped for an hour or two and then went to the gym and worked on legs (my most excruciating workout) and I did really well.

I used to snort khat before workouts, until it gave me heavy heart palpitations and heart arrhythmia.

Haha so I've heard. I missed out on That one pre that was addictive (jac3d I think) 😜
None taste good, c4 fruit punch is like medicine, but this stuff was almost as nasty. The after taste was god awful... maybe cuz I got fruit punch and I'm a blue razz kinda girl. The stuff I take isn't bad at all though, taste wise
Coffee is my only preworkout
Do it, get the drugs... I mean pre workout 🙄
