
Hiit workouts vs cardio? Yay or nay?


If I had to pick one it would have to be hiit. Short bursts burn calories more efficiently. That being said you don’t need to do cardio to lose weight. I just got done cutting after a really horribly done dirty bulk and I lose about 55lbs with zero cardio. It’s all about that calorie deficit and your consistency.
Yay. HIIT is more time efficient, produces less cortisol, produces more HGH and testosterone which helps to burn fat and build muscle, and it’s less boring.

Don't mind working out it's okay cardios probably better though it burns more calories if you're trying to lose weight that is but it don't look like you need to maybe you should do some strength training instead
I don’t do either personally I just focus on slower focused reps with low rep sets but high weight around 80% of my 1RM while maintaining form. Along with weekly progressive overload.
I have been doing a HIIT routine for a few years and it is a lot more challenging that just cardio alone.
You should eat a hamburger and some ice cream and relax a bit before worrying about cardio... unless your planning on doing a triathlon

HIT is good only if you get paid millions to perform like a race horse. other wise you are wearing out your body for free. like an idiot.
What you need to do is some muscle building exercises for those chicken legs
Nay to both. 30 minute sex workout is the best workout there is.
