Yes, lower back and lats are pretty normal to be worked out if you're doing butt exercises too. It's actually really rare to find an exercise that only works on muscle because human body movements are all compound and use multiple muscle groups.

Yes its normal if you exercised your complete butt muscle. depending how you put your legs, you will use other part of the muscle. So its normal that certain parts may feel more sore if they are trained less in the past.
Just rest until the pain goes away.
