I am 1.65m and 61 kg and not fat at all. If you go to a gym, have your muscle/fat ratio measured. That is a better indication to see if you need to loose more fat or not. You seem to have a pear shape, but we cannot see if its due to bone structure or fat level.

You have a very healthy BMI, the people telling you to lose weight are idiots. You do seem to have large hips (compared to your bust), so you don't have an hourglass figure, but I think that's just your build (big booty ;-) ), it's not that you're fat.
Too lazy to convert from metric system lol. Yeah, i know.. Stupid Americans!
