I donno from which part of the world you are. So, it's a bit difficult to say if your weight is appropriate or not. Check the height to weight ratio online and compare with the average bmr for women in your country. But remember couple of things.
1. It's not important how much you are eating. 'What' you are eating is more important.
2. My dad has cardiac issues and his doc scolds him if he gains more than 2 kgs above his limits. But he is 70. For 18 year old girl, that should not cause concern.
3. Lead a healthy lifestyle. Trust I have suffered and I know how much value adds to our lives.
The only thing is at teenages especially at 18 or below one hardly cares about these. I always used to ignore, I know. Don worry, even if you feel you are not in a good shape judging by your age, you are not in a bad one. Talk to doctor or dietacians and start making necessary changes. Wish you a good health!

What I can advise is you are right to not trust your own judgment about your weight. Your Primary Care Doctor is your best advisor in this. However, there is nothing wrong with some dietary enhancing of your current meal plan. Having already had Heart failure you should really limit your salt intake. Getting rid of empty calories found in sugar is always good and eating nutrient dense foods instead is a wonderful way to get healthy and happy. Too many focus on weight loss instead of feeling good and ultimately being happy. I will send happy vibes your way. Love yourself and trust your Doctor.
You are beautiful just the way you are. One thing I have learned is that no girl is 100% confident with their body image. So we can either spend the day starring at our bodies our learn to just accept ourselves and live our lives without the worrying. One thing that I enjoy is working out NOT to lose weight but just to get endorphines. The most confident and happy I feel is after a workout.

Why is it about losing weight... when it should be about athleticism... Go become strong not weak, lift weight gain muscle not lose... eat to gain not skip meals to starve yourself... play sports and have fun...

You're not fat, I'd say you're average. For me personally, there is no need for you to lose weight. If you think it's not safe to lose weight, then ask your doctor what alternatives you may have. They know better than any social media junkie around here.

Do some squats to make that butt bigger and eat cabbage daily (doesn't matter how it's cooked or whether it's cooked at all) to make your boobs bigger.
But losing any more weight would be retarded.
If you don't want to lose weight, but want to appear thinner, try putting on a bit of muscle!
That will help keep your weight up while giving you a slimmer figure.

I don't see any reason why you should lose weight. However, you are a bit skinny. Try a strength training program like Stronglifts 5x5 or Arnold's Golden Six to add some lean mass.
