I think when we get compulsive about something that we
don't want happen in our life's we end up having them dreams
and or nightmares. See you don't want kids so when you go
to sleep this stays in your mind and i think no matter whether
we eat or don't eat our brains our like sponges it absorbs things
that we think of which could happen anytime through out the day
usually the very last thing on our minds before we go to sleep is
what we dream about when we go to bed at night , I heard that
dreams can happen 15-20 minutes before we wake up in morning
and some nightmares can happen 90 minutes after we fall a sleep
it's really hard to say but it happens.
Eating chocolate before sleeping will SURELY create dreams however you didn't eat very much.
If you want to dream then chocolate is the way to go:)
I'd get some kind of dream reading out of that. I'd never tell someone not eat pizza or chocolate anyways. I mean, that's just mean..

When you are stressed. you get such dreams. So don't feel stressed.
you should probably cook the frozen pizza first
