Is it a concussion?

Around an hour and a half ago I fell from approximately half a meter high and landed on my right side. I bumped my head onto the pavement, but it wasn't that hard (it was actually the thing that hurt the least). But right now I have a small headache and when I turn my head in any direction (not even that fast, but at a normal speed) I start feeling slightly dizzy. Is this a concussion or is it just the shock? I read online (however I don't believe it that much) that the headache could actually just be from the fact that the rest of my body is in pain?

It could be a concussion. If you don't feel better soon you should probably go to the hospital or see a neurologist because it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your brain

It's most probably nothing to worry about, if it was serious you'd be in severe pain. if you still have a headache within 2 days to make sure see a doc!
