They say eating more helps you lose more, meaning eating more of the right still can help your body get rid of the excess fats, and give you more energy to do stuff. Restricting yourself to three meals is okay, but be sure you're having a snack or two in between.
Also, don't be concerned about your weight. If you are recovering from purging, please DONT let yourself fall into that pit again. Continue with what you're doing, and keep eating clean, cooking light, even try supplements for snacks (like the special K drinks- they are full of vitamins to help your body and help replace a meal or a snack, plus they are low calorie too)
I thnk are you are only seeing the negatives of your body right now. It takes time to lose weight and to see changes. Your self confidence and your self esteem is a huge part in that. Try thinking better of yourself, stop pointing out what you dislike about your body and start paying attention to things you do like. Don't compare yourself to your sister, or to anyone else. You are you, try to learn to be happy with yourself and what you see in the mirror.
I hope you will grow to accept and appreciate yourself and who you are. Soon enough you will reach your goal of an ideal weight. Do your best to stay motivated, get more exercise into your day, go for a longer walk or push yourself to do something different.
until then don't be so harsh on yourself.
You'll get there. :-)

I think it's a combination of 2-3 factors:
1. It's not how often you eat or even how much - it's WHAT you eat.
2. You underestimate your calorie intake (which is extremely common) and overestimate your calories burned (also very common)
3. Imagination (What you see in the mirror is probably worse than what it really is)
Get a calorie counter, specifically MyFitnessPal. Log everything right after the meal, whenever possible, and be accurate. Over estimate when needed rather than under estimating.
Do that for a week or two, and notice that you're probably still consuming more calories than you need to in order to lose weight.
With the older sibling eating whatever they want and such, I can FUCKING relate, it sucks. Me and my older brother sat around on the computer for the majority of the time we were going through puberty or so, and he got a six pack, and I got a beer belly.
Look up "ketogenic diet." Basically, minimal to no carbs, lots of protein, and more fat than protein by anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5x depending on who you believe/what works for you.
When I cut weight, I eat bacon, butter, sausage, eggs, fattiest cuts of steak, etc. I love leafy greens/cruciferous veggies in an assload of butter and oil with the right spices, and I get all I want on that diet.
I can drop more than a pound a day.
Also, count every calorie. If I want to drop more than a pound a day when I cut, I drop my caloric intake by a LOT.

What do you eat for your three meals?
try 1200 calories a day LOTS OF VEGETABLES and at least 60 grams protien. What's your height and weight? You may have body dysmorphia as you obviously already have issues with eating and with your body.
have you tried working out? doing sports? gym? Diets don't work, hard work and dedication pay off
We cannot judge without body stats.
