Stabbing headache on one side?

Okay so i get migraines every now and then ever since i was like 14 i've been getting them i tried several several methods to stop my migraines i tried pills dissolve in water meds botox and toradol injections changing my diet yadda yadda that i reached a point of accepting and having to live with it but recently it stopped for a long timeeee and bare in mind i never get normal headaches anymore just migraines or this weird thing that started happening which is pulsing in the center of my head now i want to know what is THIS? It comes like a shooting ice pick pain for like 3 seconds and leaves. I have got my brain scanned numerous times can't seem to figure what is up with me. HELP.

I think it's time to ask your physician for a MRI with contrast cause sometimes
brain scans or CT-Scans with dye do not show up enough stuff or give enough information on results from them type of testing. I would definitely wonder
if your seeing a neurologist cause their the best to determine what is going on
and there could be anything causing this to happen to you.

Just from experience the MRI with contrast is very well tolerated. I had one done on my head to determine whether i had a pituitary gland tumor and i tolerated the test very well with no negative effects. After the test you are however required to drink lots of liquids to pee lot
so your body can rid the contrast out of your system.

One sided, pulsating or stabbing headache is usually a migraine attack.
Other causes might be neck muscle strain or eye strain.
If you are experiencing nausea, light and noise sensitivity or experience an aura it's most likely a migraine headache.

Well that is the thing i know all these symptoms are related to migraines and i know and have experienced them a lot but this one gor none of these except for a feeling that my head is numb and neck pain without the aura without the nausea without being sensitive to light and sound which i always am when experiencing a migraine
