How do I get my voice back?

I was drinking with my boyfriend and friends. soon after i lost my voice and have a headache.. should i go to the doctor or wait and see?

Both are the result of dehydration: drink lots of water and if you have some isotonic drink in the house (which is easier for your body to absorb quickly and re-hydrate itself) drink that alternated with water.
Don't talk too much for the coming 3 hours or so and you'll feel much better and have your voice back :D
