İs it right quit taking antibiotics for a sinus infection in three days if it does not alleviate the symptoms?

hello. I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis. as I know, antibiotics start working in 72h, if it does not alleviate the symtoms. I quit taking them. should I take all of the antibiotics that are prescribed?

Oh man you really need to hear this: Always always ALWAYS take the complete course of antibiotics that are prescribed according to the script. That's really important to prevent antibiotic resistance. If you stop taking them when you're starting to feel better (or in your case if you're not) then what happens is this: The bacteria get a "good look" at the antibiotic in your system, but because they weren't completely wiped out by taking the full course, they can come back stronger by mutating around the effect of the particular antibiotic. Bacteria are able to evolve amazingly fast.
