I’d take some NSAIDs as a precaution. If you’re getting frequent UTIs then you need to have it checked out. Taking cranberry supplements might help, douching will only make it worse, make sure to only wipe front to back, drink more water, don’t hold your pee in, make sure to pee before AND after sex asap.

I don't see regular soap and water or a bath on the list. Pee right after sex. Wash down there often. Unsweetened yogurt might help as well if you put a little down there for a few days. It can out-compete the bad bacteria. Avoid eating sugar. Cranberry supplements may help as well.

If he can't respect that he's causing infections, then don't have sex with him. Also, make sure you're always wiping from the front to the back and never from the back to the front.
