Honestly the best way is to go in a proper shop and let the people working there help you. They know their stuff and how it should sit on you.

I've been wearing the wrong size for so many years and it was a first for some months ago I got professional help.

It's impossible to know without any point of reference. You need to have measurements taken, that's the only way to be accurate. Even if we could see you we'd still only be guessing at best.

what kind of measurments?

To measure your band size, you put a tape measure around your chest directly under your boobs, make sure that the tape measure is level. You might get 34 inches, for example.

Then you put the tape measure around your chest directly over your boobs at nipple level, again making sure that the tape measure is level horizontally.

Let's say that measurement comes to 37 inches. Then you subtract the band size from that.

So, your band size was 34 inches, your bust size was 37 inches, you have 3 inches left over.

Then you take that three inches and compare to the following table:

0 inches = AA
1 inch = A
2 inches = B
3 inches = C
4 inches = D
5 inches = DD
6 inches = DDD, F
7 inches = G

So, you had a 34 inch band, 37 inch bust, 3 inches in between and that relates to a C in the table. So your bra size would be 34C.
