Eating the right foods can help you lose weight. But exercise can help. You would want to eat about 5 times a day (every 3-4 hours. 3 meals and 2 snacks. Or 3 snacks. Try to cut out pastas and breads. Drink lots of water and try to cut back on the sugary stuff and sodas. Give yourself a solid 6-8 weeks of dedication to start seeing your own results. Skipping meals is not the way to go... it slows down your metabolism.

The only thing that really works is having an energy intake that is lower than your daily needs without making the difference too big. And you need to exercise to maintain your muscle mass. Loosing weight and keeping the same muscle/fat ratio makes you only weaker.
Skipping breakfast, ginger root capsules and bananas boost your metabolism but it all depends on other lifestyle choices
I suppose starving yourself would do the trick, tho it isn't a good idea.

I heard that flat tummy tea works, but cut back on food and stay away from high calorie foods. look into healthy food that'll fill you up and drink plenty of water
Eating less, it works better than exercising anyway.
Eating about 200-400 less calories than your metabolic basal limit. You can find yours by searching on google and inputting your weight and height.
