Also muscle is more dense and compact than fat.

I think a person's body fat percentage is better way to determine if a person's fat.

i think it is not about the kg but about to look. Thinking about the girls who go to gym. They are havier than me ( i am 55kg) but it looks just the opposite.
Like when i stand near a gym girl who is 70 kg she looks thinner.

depends on her height too. a girl who is 6 foot and 70kg probably isn't a big deal, but a girl who is 4 foot and 70kg would be. the numbers probably aren't true to what i'm saying, but something along those lines

depends on her height, if a girl is 1,50mt and weighs 70kg that's unhealthy and unnatractive but if she's 1,70mt then she's ok
