Based on your update, that's a mental thing. Make sure you still do what you usually do. Like if you wear make up, maybe doll yourself up a little bit. Treat yourself to getting your hair and nails done every once in a while. Wear clothes that not only fit, but also look great on you.
But others are right. Eating healthy will make you feel better. You may lose weight doing it, but a healthier diet helps with depression, so maybe eating healthier than you already are (if you aren't already) could help keep your esteem up.

That's tough honey. You're doing the right thing for your body - if you needed the medication then it is how it's meant to be. Personally I find exercise makes me feel better because I'm doing what I can to be good to my body.
I dress for my shape, no matter what that may be at the time and I pick my key features to play them up. Making an extra effort on my appearance makes me feel good about myself, especially if I've had a down week
look at your older photos and you will automatically gain self esteem

change your diet so you gain as little weight as possible and exercise if you can
also get a good body lotion so you don't get stretch marks, they fade but they don't go away
check with your doc if there's anything you can do to help it
