I work a lot of hours and don’t have much time to eat on my breaks so most of the meals I have are outside work, but I spend a lot of time meeting friends and going out which leaves little time to cook fresh meals. Does anyone have any tips on how to put on weight with a busy lifestyle?

Simplest way would be slow down your metabolism. There's no point in eating junk
