Legwrestling with my gf?

I noticed when my girlfriend and I did Legwrestling that she got some strong Legs. Is this normal for girls?

Its kinda a common thing that girls sometimes have strong legs. As they can't easily gain muscle mass upper body easily. However since they constantly use their legs its a good chance women and girls can have strong legs and sometimes stronger than men. Particularly if guys skip leg days lol.
