How to get rid of this blue line under the eyes?

I'm guessing u guys know what I'm talking about. The line under the eyes. Sometimes it's blue too.. I need to get rid of that. . it's always there for me weather I'm tired or not weather I get a lot of sleep or not.. it's always there and anyone. And it makes me unattractive

The capillaries underneath the eyes can become congested by allergies. Another, common cause is nasal congestion. If your nose gets congested veins that usually drain from your eyes into your nose become widened (dilated) and darker. Also genetics can play a large roll in dark circles. There are all sorts of creams and such on the market. If it were me I would place warm compresses over my eyes with a wash cloth. You could also use teabags by wetting and gently squeezing the extra warm water out and place the tea bags over your eyes for 10-15 minutes.
