Well at 132 you are pretty light. I've picked my friend up one armed, who is 135. But it is incredibly easy to build muscle, you could skyrocket to 200 pounds within two years.

I can bench about 220 so I'd hope they can 😂 and get a good workout plan, use proper form, eat well, get a partner, go to a gym, and you'll be set. In 3 months I lost almost 20 pounds of fat cycling 15 miles a day which was really easy and fun and relaxing so yeah man

Well, the lunch with her was a success! After lunch we went to a park and I challenged her to see how long she could cradle carry me. She carried me for almost 20 minutes! Now she wants to do this more often, so it is a win-win for the both of us 😂😂
