Cracked lips or cold sore?

Hey everyone I have two ulcers on my tongue and this spot on my lip , I haven't had any sexually relations in ages , although I did share a beer last week with a friend who has had cold sores in the past but at the same time I burnt my lips with soap last week in the shower with a real strong "refreshing gell " I have had cold sores in the past from kissing a girl but I got really sick when I broke out with them and feel fine this time.. ? Thoughts here's pics

From the looks of it... looks like a cold sore. Try some campho-phenique. It will help clear it up faster.

There are external application meds for cold sores, maybe try one?
