Can you lose arm fat during water fast, please help?

I'm pretty sure not. because all that does is remove water from ur body and very little fats. It may seem like Uve lost weight after but it's just the water loss. once u drink water again it'll return normal.

I don't recommend a water fast. And there's not such thing as losing fat on particular body part. Do more cardio, burn more calories and you'll lose fat all over your body. Win win

Firstly, this water fast business is unhealthy and unsafe and you shouldn't be doing it in the first place.

Secondly, one does not lose fat from specific places only. One may only lose fat all over.

the weight u lose first is water weight. so you have to do a considerable amount of time before getting real results. like 5 to 10 days. try intermittent fasting instead. its less extreme but u can do it for longer periods of time

Water fasting is a waste of time since the weight you loose is just waterweight that you put on when you start drinking again.

You cannot do spotting. Workout till you notice your arms get thinner. Like I did.
