So I'm a pretty skinny girl, only problem is, I have fat upper arms and it looks really disproportionatel. How do I get rid of that fat?
I can't go to calorie deficit, I'm already skinny. Will weight lifting get rid of the fat? Should I eat less and add more protein or what?

I find my arms get slimmer when I eat fruit smoothies more than twice in one week. My chest gets slimmer when I mix lemon juice with coffee and my belly gets slimmer when I mix lemon juice with yogurt.
It’s probably just body dysmorphia, considering you’re “pretty skinny” already.
Put some fat from your arm on the pan and make delicious food.
Lose body fat and do high reps with super low weight.

Lose weight all you can do you can't target a specifical area to lose weight although you could weight train and it could speed up the process as you build muscle and lose weight thr fat will go dowb and muscle will take over
