Yeah I'm not 108 either so it's cool lol. I have to say this first because it's my duty as a man. Please. for the love of all that is good and right and pure in the world. DO NOT get rid of your thick thighs if you have them. Men, especially men like me, FUCKING ADORE, big juicy thick ass thighs.
BUT you asked the question and I feel I have to answer you. A common misconception about weight-loss is that if you work out one particular area of your body you will lose fat in that area.
That is simply, and unfortunately, NOT how it works. You cannot spot reduce fat the same way you can spot increase muscle. they are two entirely different types of tissue that respond to entirely different kinds of stimuli. If you start working out your legs and focus on thy exercises you're going to actually make your thighs even bigger than they already are.
Again, my personal opinion is that you should do that then because bigger juicyer, and now fucking muscly thighs are god damn mouth watering but, I digress. On to the rest of your answer.
The only way you're going to be able to educe fat in your thighs is the exact same way you reduce it in any other part of your body. Diet. if you're already skinny everywhere else but your thighs then it's basically impossible for your body to keep pulling fat from anywhere else. the only place to pull a large amount of fat from is yourr thighs so if you create a calorie deficit you WILL see shrinkage in you thighs.
probably a little bit of fat loss in other areas too but not much since, as you said, you're already skinny everywhere else. I don't know what kind of tits you hhhhave but if they are on the bigger size you will probably see them shrink as well. if they are small like the rest of you then yes, the majority of fat loss is going to take place in your thighs.
The only other viable option is surgery. I don't know where you live, what kind of surgeons you have access to, or what kind of money situation you're in. but that's the only way to specifically target an area of the body for fat reduction.
BUT! all that being said, Might I make an alternative suggestion? try working out your glutes (ass muscles) your calves, your pecs (titty muscles) and go hard core on your abs and core. What this will do is thicken up your body around your thighs which obviously won't do anything to make your thighs smaller, but it will adjust the proportions of your body so that you look very sexy and strong.

Aww.. I understand the frustration. I think there’s not too much you can do right away. It takes time, effort, patience, and commitment. I recommend the best thing you can do is just “tone” them. Generally, if you have thick thighs a great amount of muscle mass is the powerhouse of the thickness behind the fat and skin. you'll know if you know your legs strong if you’re squat deadlift and hiptrust are moving plates on the barbell or, your maxing out other leg machines at the gym. If you can’t go heavy with any of those workouts mentioned that fine because you should have to. Learn what is “heavy” for you. Learn what is “medium/fair” for you learn what is “light” for you. If chosing exercising go light weight and do a good amount of extra reps and more sets than normal. Walking is probably the best thing you can do about it to you just have to make a solid commitment to walk x amount of steps per day and would take a few months to notice the results walking alone.
I gained water retention from predisone, in march and also have inflamation, vertain parts of my body. I have been losing the water retention and inflamation before the predisone but, since I took that dumb medicine (which am mad at myself, too.. because I didn't do my own researcch first and just trusted NP and pharmacy. anyways, All this week I have done a lot more research on how to get ride of it all, and fast, in a safe way.
am Starting tomorrow, this stuff am doing is very beneficial for weight loss as well not just what using it for. So you will lose this weight. Will take a lot of determination and persistence. Certain exercises and the stuff tastes yummy as well.
It's probably best to add me to tell you all about it, only if you want to, because I don't have enough room on gere to type it all out. If you don't want to, it's alright.

If you are not fat then they probably look fine and it's all in your head. Learn to accept them and accept yourself. Most guys probably like them. My friend had the perfect body and went out and got fake boobs years ago. It didn't fix the problems in her head.
I’d say there are two ways… depending on if they are fat thighs and you’re wanting the fat gone or if they’re just big.
Muscle building exercise will tone the muscle that’s often underneath a thicker girl and reduce the fat.
If you just want to be straight thinner though, it’s gonna require strict dieting.
In my opinion healthiness is the number one goal.Sadly one can't target fat loss in specific areas but you can tone the muscles in your thighs. Exercises like squats, lunges, and leg presses may help tone thigh muscles, making them appear more firm and potentially slimmer.
You're similar to me in bodyfat distribution. My bodyfat goes to my thighs & glutes first. The only way to not have much there is to lose bodyfat. So, move more to burn fat &/or eat in a caloric deficit of 300-500 calories.
