I've been doing arm work outs that a Chinese fashion model taught me cause her father was friends with my father and she came to our Christmas party. It seems to be working cause when I wear old outfits that used to be tight around the arms, they seem looser in the arm area. I don't measure my arms since it's hard to measure your own arms due to ergonomic limits but I measure my legs and belly and I seem to be losing at a normal weight around those areas. My aunt also said I seem to be losing a lot of back leg fat which I do through voluntary muscle toning.

Ok I used to body-build until I injured myself, I'm saying those things because I can give you a correct answer, but answer that you might not like. What is fat? fat is a stored energy source that your body would use to keep itself alive when you won't be able to consume an outside energy source a. k. a. food. There are only 2 ways you can lose your fat, 1. surgery and 2 you have to controllably starve yourself while exercising. I can tell you from my person experience and from experience of both parties, people who are trying to gain weight and people who are trying to lose weight, if you don't feel discomfort you are not gaining weight and you are not loosing weight. If you don't feel starvation on a daily basis you be losing weight for 100's of years, same goes for opposite, if you don't feel like vometing from all the chicken, vegetables and fruits that you eat, you won't be gaining weight. How quick you want to lose your fat is entirely up to you. You can lose it in few short months if you go for controllable extreme or it might take you literally 10 years to lose few pounds only. Only you know your body, only you know your limits and how far you are willing to go to meet your goal.
