It depends on whether the dizziness is related. If a person has that blood pressure without any problems, it wouldn't be a cause for concern. Since you are dizzy and lightheaded, you should get it checked out.
It could also be your sugar levels though. It may also be related to your diet, and fluid intake (or lack of it). Another thing to consider is your salt intake, or rather the type of salt. Salt is demonized but we need it to survive. Try swapping what ever salt you use for Celtic sea salt.

No. Normal for women is around 110/70, but this is highly individual. The biggest problem here is the gap between these 115-52=63 is high (normally it is ca. 40)
115 is good, but the 52 part is too low, yes. I'd say be sure you're drinking enough liquids and eating salt, and if that doesn't raise the number, see a doctor then.

That is considered though but you also might have good reason for it. Are you athletic? Have you given blood recently? Period recently?
