Yesterday, I checked my bp again and it was 110/60 and my grandma looked kinda worried. When I asked her if it was normal she said that it's kinda low but it's normal. Then my mom said it's pretty low.
I don't really think this is low, but I had symptoms like dizziness and lightheadedness for some days now. And the worst is that I sometimes see one really small circle with a dot in the middle and rarely I see more of that. It's annoying and I am scared to tell my mom about it. I think it started about 9-10 months ago and I was really scared the first time it happened.
I also experience orthostatic hypotension multiple times a day to the point of nearly falling. I hate it but it happens even if I stand up normally, not slowly nor quickly. Before, I used to just get light headed but now, my whole head hurts, I can't see normally and my legs feel really weak and kinda hurt to the point I need to either hold something or get on the floor for some seconds.
I started to have headaches whenever I tried to walk for more than a minute or 2. It's not fun at all. Even tho the headaches aren't as bad as they were 2 days ago, I still have them.
But after all of this, I still think it's a normal blood pressure. Anyway, is this a normal blood pressure to have?
