i heard that, using a single hair of a horse tail's and if you wrap it on it, then it will fall off. not sure how much true is that. but i think that is for a Black Pimple, that never goes away. if you have a random pimple, then it will go away, dont worry, just drink more water

Go see a doctor and he/she will refer you to a skin specialist that will get rid of it.

The infected area is that big or the area that is inflamated? If it's the infected area go see a doctor. Need to cut that shit open and let it breathe and routinely dissinfect it. If it is the area that is irritated but the pimple is in the middle let it be for now.
are you sure it's a pimple. if it's just a pimple then you shouldn't worry too much unless it doesn't go away. but the size makes me wonder if it isn't something else
You may need a round of Antibiotics for it to heal up.
It sounds like a infected pimple but i could be wrong.
Yes it may not be a pimple and could be something else. You're 26 apparently. I think you know the answer to this question...
But I will entertain something: if you have a "pimple" that appeared in one day, it's likely not a pimple at all but something much more serious. Like an infection.ehhh... a golf ball...
Dude I think you should go to the doc if you have a bump the size of a golf ball on your chin lol... no jokeNah pop that sucker and if it won't pop, its a blister, take a hot needle to it.
if it just showed up, do you think it could be a spider bite?
Wait till it has a head on it before mashing it, after that go to town on it
yes.. go see a doctor
It might be chin cancer if its that big. Does it have all of them little dimples on it that a god ball does?
Yes.. I will cancel our marriage if you won't get rid of it soon
Yes you should be worried!
Take a knife then slice it off
Just pop it...
