I hear the new donut diet is getting this result. You order 24 donuts delivered tl your bed each day and eat them all. The hole in the donuts is empty space and when you eat all these empty spaces you have loads of room in your stomach. In fact, after just 2 weeks all these empty spaces in your stomach cause a vortex that sucks your belly in and then your this thin.

To get this skinny, you need to use photoshop. To get somewhat more skinny, eat less. But that's unhealthy. Workout can only get you so far, but is the healthier version.
How skinny you can be depends on your frame, your genes and a whole lot of things. You can eat healthy and do some weight exercises, but in the end, you're gonna look the best when you're confident in yourself and your body. So work on appreciating yourself and a lot of other worries will go away.
Workout regularly and eat healthy. No fad diets. I should point out though that weighing this little isn't healthy for everyone and your genetics might not even allow for this kjnd of figure. Being healthy is always more important than being thin.
Workout at least twice a week. Eat healthier and eat 2,00 calories or less a day. Consider swimming as it will give you toned muscles and help you lose weight.
