For my chronic migraines I use several things.
Start a humidifier and keep it going, it helps.
Then I take a cocktail of meds ( all prescribed)
I suggest you take an Advil or such, drink water and rest. Laying down in a dark room helps most people.
Also I use a heating pad on my back- you can use one on your neck along with an ice pack on your forehead. Don't have a heating pad- fill rice with an old tube sock, sew up the end and put sock in microwave for one minute or till warm.

I go to the ER for a migraine cocktail which is Benadryl, Toradol and Compazine.
I also get 26 Botox Injections every 12 weeks in my scalp, neck, shoulders and forehead.
You could also have a TMJ headache from clenching your teeth under stress.
Aside from tylenol, aspirin, advil, etc, you could massage your temples (this will get blood flowing), steam your face with lemon and honey water, drink lots of fluids, and/or eating mint
1- caffeine
2- turn down the lights
3- sleep
4- water
5- eat something
6- put pressure on your head

💯 dehydration drink 2 bottles of water non stop. Also exercise helps. Taking pills just masks the problem.
Lots of times my headache comes from not drinking enough fluids. Excedrin I've found works for me. Benadryl or a decongestant in case its sinuses.
I usually take an ibuprofen or Tylenol and try to lay down. And drink water
Take Benadryl , take a hot shower, drink lots of water then lay down for a bit in the dark
won't get rid of it but will greatly reduce the pain, massage your neck and trapezius muscles
Turn of all the lights, close your eyes and try to sleep or listen to the music.
