Ibuprofen is much better than Tylenol for killing pain. It's an anti-inflammatory and takes the inflammation down, and releases pain and pressure. Eat something small when taking ibuprofen to protect your stomach.
Lay down in a cool, dark, quiet room and fold a cold washcloth and put it over your eyes.
