I used to restrict my eating, but when that didn't work and I was still gaining weight, I decided to just stop worrying about how much I ate or what I ate. Im NOT saying that I just started living on junk food and ice-cream for breakfast. What Im saying is that I may have had the occasional chocolate bar, and milkshake on the weekend, although I still ate good, nutritional food with high protein and vitamins for 85% of my diet. I stopped caring about portion and how much I ate and just ate till I was completely full. After 2 weeks I started dropping weight, I weigh 115 lbs now and my body seems to have stopped loosing weight and is happy now. Looking back I realize that this doesn't make any sense, Is there something wrong with my digestive system or something? How is this possible?
