Why am I not losing weight despite burning more than eating?

Hello guys, so I burn around 1700 kcal a day. I eat around 600-800 kcal a day. I noticed I have stopped losing weight and I’m “stuck” what can I do? I have my apple watch and food apps that help me log my food so I know exactly what I’m eating and how much I’m burning.
Why am I not losing weight despite burning more than eating?
