I can't which sucks balls cause I wish I could squat hard for those leg gains,, but sadly I have to do other exercises or like one legged squats...
my Achilles tendon is a little short so getting down without my heels lifting, doesn't work... shucks

The guys back is rounding and it's fine for knees to go past the toes.
I do it quite often :) very relaxing and useful for straightening the spine.
If you feel pain in lower parts of your back (especially if you stand you a long time) it eases it.
Yes, but my feet have to definitely be shoulder width apart or even a bit more... or else my weight is on the balls of my feet, not heels...
It is one of several natural positions for humans but it can be hard on the knees and compress the torso in an uncomfortable way.
That's how some people poop too ahah... apparently the best position for easy squeezing

iβd say the factor that keeps ur heels up in the air during the squat is due to the limited mobility of your calves.
