Why r my hands so wrinkly?

im only 17 man :'( i didn't even realise until my friend pointed it out to me. how do i make it less wrinkly LOL & anyone here have wrinkly hands?

Was trying to look this up since it seems unusual to see that on the palms and found something called Hyperlinearity, like so:

I'd check it out with a dermatologist. Apparently regardless of whether you have this condition though, moisturizing frequently and consuming a diet rich rich in omega-3 seems to be quite helpful.

Even though I did hard labor (And I do weight lifting ) but still the skin is great

It's the pattern it's not wrinkles it's just your pattern is a lot of predominant lines. i have a lot of lines too but mine fades in with my colour you don't notice them.

Look fine to me. Very similar to mine. Just got lots of lines. perfectly normal, I think.

I don't see any wrinkles, I see palmar flexion creases, you get those before your born it helps you move your hand.
