how often do you brush, floss, and use mouth wash?
What's your dental hygiene routine?
how often do you brush, floss, and use mouth wash?
I am a dental hygienist and can tell you that most people do not do the flossing thing although I would say most people do brush twice a day but for healthy teeth and gums you really do need to do both brushing at least 2 times a day and flossing. For those that don't some are lucky and don't have problems while some people do everything they should and still have issues it really has a lot to do with what kind of bacteria lives in your mouth.
I brush and floss my teeth when I wake up in the morning.
Then I brush and floss my teeth sometime in the afternoon.
Then I brush and floss my teeth before going to bed.
I used to use ACT mouthwash once, nightly, but it made my teeth sensitive so I stopped.
I don't do anything to 'em, they're fine. They taste fine, they look fine. I had some problems with them but that's because of how they were growing, nothing to do with plaque. Its all propaganda, man, its a circle of fear instilled by brilliant marketing. Brilliant marketing! Hahaha.
Brush once or twice a week and I don't do anything else and yes my teeth are fine.. check up every 6 months.
Oh that is gross.
