I really want the surgery. The surgery could give me a vagina while leaving my penis intact.
I would like to undergo this procedure called phallus-preserving vaginoplasty. Dr Wittenberg offers it for gender non-conforming patients. I would need to see a psychiatrist for 2 referal letters. I’m considering having this surgery done. It would leave my penis intact, which I want, while also giving me a vagina that can be penetrated.
Would it be unethical to want both sets of genitalia?
I’m hesitating between a regular vaginoplasty and a phallus-preserving vaginoplasty.

Would it be a turn off for you if your partner had both sets of genitalia?

If they could preserve the testicles, I would go for it. That way, even if I cannot get hormones, say in cases of being snowed in after a series of blizzards, i won't have to worry about osteoporosis. It is an illness that runs in both males and females in my family so i have to be careful of that. It is the primary factor on why I haven't begun full transition.
