Its easier to be creepy when you aren't good looking, because you don't cary the natural charisma that lets you be more daring. But a good looking guy can be creepy too, I've met some very very creepy people who are absolutely stunning - male and female.

It can swing both ways, it just doesn't fit the ugly or good looking guy. It's all about how they act around the opposite sex that determines if they're a creeper or not.

Of course. But I've noticed(not all the time) but more often than not a girl will jump to the conclusion "creeper" faster if the guy's not attractive in their eyes.
