if you're already on a vegetarian diet i wouldn't change it too much. change little things like less rice and potatoes. cook with coconut oil instead of bad oils or butter/margarine. cut back on the naan. use unsweetened almond milk for your protein shakes

I honestly think you already look fine. If you want to get rid of some stubborn fat then exercise would probably be more effective. On a diet you’ll start to plateau.

Dad-bod is what happens when your testosterone levels begin to drop which lowers your metabolism.

You can try to fight it as hard as you can, but nature will win in the end. You will have a belly and your muscles will diminish. 🤷‍♂️
