Okay, my sister is a Physical Therapist and I alway hear her talking about posture. You can work to strengthen you back muscles. They are what assist you with maintaining good posture.
There are shirts you can buy online that assist in posture correction by providing reminders and almost forcing you to be in proper posture. I would look into getting one of these if you can.
As for the belly fat, well you can't target fat loss from one specific area. You just have to continue with general exercise (aerobic) and even strength training is good for burning fat. I would also suggest you look at your diet and work to eat healthier. That is also a very large part of losing weight.
You can do exercises at home, you don't need a gym. Start with core strengthening to help with posture. This will also make the other exercises easier. Do monk jumps, sit ups, planks, leg raises, push ups, jump rope, etc. Get a book on calisthenics, isometric, and plyometric exercises
