None is better for ‘fat loss’ calories are king, get yourself in a caloric deficit and then think about macro breakdown. Macros do not dictate fat loss, calories do. Macros dictate how you feel. I personally do really well with high protein , high fat and medium/low carb. My energy levels are much better but this is very very personal. It takes a few trials until you find what works for you. Also, you can’t spot reduce, lose fat overall.

Higher carb:
Quick energy + lots of protein (replace fat with muscle) > exercise > goal
Decreasing carbs has always worked for me to burn fat. I replaced some of the carbs with protein, and drinking enough water and eating more veggies.
Low carb, high protein.

Fat burns evenly throughout the body. The only way to lose body fat without going into a caloric deficit is to reduce your carbohydrate intake, but then you miss vital nutrients that assist important bodily functions including bowel movement. I find that it's most useful to learn how your body processes energy. I haven't gained any extra weight in years, and I can bulk muscle and maintain and lose body fat just because I don't overfeed. As long as I don't persistently overeat I can eat whatever I want to.
Dude its a bunch of bullshit. Just walk and lift a ton of weights and what these asshole bodybuilders and dieticians won't tell you is it all comes down to how much you SHIT and PISS out of your body to lose weight. Take it from me i been doing this crap since i was 19 when you get rid of sugar and carbs from your diet you lose weight when you have sugar and carbs you gain weight. Potatoes corn are starch which puts weight on same with chocolate which is sugar which puts weight on same with rice since its a starch. Meats help maintain weight but to much of it will make you fat (i know this from personal experience) and vegetables DON'T fill you up regardless of what these diet morons say
I think that depends on your body cause different bodies react differently to diets
For me personally - I think high carb and low carb work best at weight loss
I have never tried the middle diet but I don't think it would work that well since it is neither low calorie nor low carbEat less, move more... simple formula.
Macronutrient ratios are bullshit.
Just make sure the food your eating isn't crap. I. e. juice, soft drinks, and processed foodsNone. There is no way to target fat stores in any particular part of the body. You just restrict calories and work out to build muscles and burn calories.
Everyone I know who's gone keto for fat loss says they love it and can stick with it fine. That would look like 60-75% fat, 20-35% protein, and 5% carbs.
The middle one. A low carb diet is not good for the gut long term, as it lacks fibre. It is the fibre in food that keeps you feeling fuller for longer, and it irons out the blood sugar levels.
Calorie reduction is the most important thing for losing weight. But higher carbs certainly won't help.
