Carbs are not technically fat. They will turn to fat if you do not use them. That’s why it’s important to exercise but you need large amounts of protein to help build muscle.
Fat is fat it instantly turns to fat in your body and carbs doesn’t that’s why I didn’t choose the middle one.

that makes sense to me — i try to eat food that is nutrition dense and avoid bad fat, salt, and sugar. i can’t afford 100% organic, but eat as much as i can afford (also non gmo) — i try to burn 1000 calories per day
