How often could I eat junk and icecream?
Maybe once a week
Damn it's just that last year it took me the whole year to lose 20 pounds :(
What was your strategy?
The first half of the year I would eat less and healthier I always ordered salad and on weekends an icecream I would also do a cardio at least once a week for 4 months I was in a weight training class for my school
Now I have no access to weight training but I do of cardio
Probably just cut back on the carbs in your diet. I recommend adding some short sprints to the end of your work out and do some sit ups every night.
I actually really like your body in the link though. Not everyone has to be an Instagram model
People on here call me fat and I want to meet Asian standards so I'm not fat anywhere and I don't get the "will you fit in that? " question. I almost developed an eating disorder and made myself throw up on Saturday just to be like fuck it and eat pizza and a cupcake later something I've never done before

It depends on where you loose the weight from, but at least 5-10

My bmi is about 22.5

The other post said 5'1 and 119 lbs. You don't want to drop below 100. Also, you'd look a hell of a lot sexier at the same weight but with more toned muscles

I started doing 60 squats today
Join a gym, get a personal trainer, heck even something like P90X would work
Also don't listen to the people that are called you fat or ugly. That is not the case here.
