So my hair has been falling out for 7 months with no certain reason, I went to 3doc they just told me it's due stress, taking vitamins, using medication, being very careful on my hair and its still falling! I don't know what to do, and now it started to itch me and get dandruff, it haven't happened before! get checked by a doctor, and if it's nothing nefarious and just simply genetics... own it... shave your head or see what you can do to slow the loss or even hide it... but accept it (if nothing serious) maybe get a wig or wear a hat... but personally i would just not let it bring you down, let you define the look not it define your moods because of it
There are a number of possible causes for hair loss, the first being a genetic condition running in the family. Are there other family members in the past generations that suffered from hair loss?
Otherwise, there could be a number of medical reasons too why a person loses hair at a young age.
Medication, illness, infection, or chemicals use can impact on your hair loss but also medical conditions such as pregnancy, thyroid disorders and anemia.
Have you been checked on any of those issues or are there known cases of thyroid or anemia disorders in your family?
I am not a GP nor do I have a medical background so my opinion only is based on my limited knowledge.
My family doesn't really had anyone like this some had thin hair but not falling, everything is fine but my hair keeps falling and that what drives me crazy!
There are so many different reasons why you could lose your hair. Autoimmune diseases, polycystic Polycystic ovary syndrome, and skin conditions such as psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis can also impact on hair loss. Even autoimmune diseases are known to cause that condition.
I would have a thorough blood test performed to single out all those issues. Alternatively, you can try using shampoo based on caffeine or a solution with eggs. Eggs are rich in sulphur, phosphorous, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein, which together help promote hair growth. But also a number of other natural products can help hair regrowth.
Have you had your hormones checked? Estradiol, Estrace, Estrone, Progesterone, Testosterone, Thyroid, Adrenals and Pituitary levels as well as maybe a Thyroid scan. People like to chalk a lot up to stress but sometimes stress is caused by hormonal imbalances as well as physical problems.
I'd keep trying to go to different doctors. Stress can cause a lot of problems but if you know that stress isn't the problem then you need to find the problem.
Do you eat any medication? Check for side effects. Don't mess around with chemicals either. Vitamins are fine but chemicals I would be cautious with.
I'm not much to help but I hope you will be able to find the cause at least. So sorry this is happening to you.
If the dermatologists that you've seen have said it's stress and medications, it would seem you need to use alternate medications and reduce your stress. If you've done those things, you'll probably seen results in a few months. If not, get specialists' names from your GP.

Regardless of the cause of your hair loss PRP can help in most conditions, so I think you should ask your doctor about it and see if your parents' insurance covers it
It sounds like Alopecia, especially since your eyelashes and eyebrows are falling off too... If it is, thats not a dangerous thing, there's no harm other than your hair all falling off for the most part
Have you been diagnosed with a condition that is causing this hair loss? Alopecia? PCOS? Because I'd follow up with different doctors untill you get one and it may be reversable if you treat the underlying condition.
You need to keep pursuing a diagnosis. In the meanwhile, there are lots of resources for learning to use wigs, makeup, and false lashes that can help you.
you have dandruff so it can be that you are showering with water thats too hot, hot water can dry out your scalp, cause dandruff and sometimes lead to hair loss, when you shower, shower with lukewarm water, or at least wash your hair with warm to cold water and avoid scratching as much as possible
Medications fucking suck well if anything and it can't be stopped no worries hair prosthetics and wigs do exist and you'll still be accepted and beautiful to whatever guy you fall in love with I know that might not help but it's all I can say
If you’re losing hair at 16, would suggest getting a blood test. In addition, you may need to visit a hair doctor and change your diet. Try using natural shampoos, massaging the scalp, aveda products, and castor oil. I believe you can and will conquer hair loss.
It looks like you might be getting dandruff. Use head and shoulders itchy scalp care and it will clear it up and stop the hair fall. Cause that is due to the dandruff
